MyGrowth is Siemens’ global transformation program designed to help their people grow and learn throughout their careers and equip them for the ever-advancing world of work. Fostering individual growth for 300k+ Siemens employees, to help them embrace career-long learning and development. As the visual designer for the client, my role consisted of leading the day-to-day visual design of the red dot award-winning internal Siemens brand, across all digital and print touch points.
The retainer consisted of a wide range of deliverables from creating digital e-learning platforms and web development to designing visual storyboards for videos and motion graphics. The team also conceptualized and developed assets for office interiors and growth and learning events including corporate stationery, branded merchandise, wall displays, and other promotional material. During my time with the client, I was also in charge of designing all additional official “MyGrowth doodle” illustrations within the brand identity.
