Founderland is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women founders of color in Europe and the UK. Focused on overcoming the hurdles tied to ethnicity and race in the business landscape, Founderland strives to foster a community where founders, allies, and investors converge to support and fund diverse, sustainable, and scalable businesses.

Through our R/GA MAKE/GOOD initiative, we continue to support them with branding for additional products, like Founderland Compass and Founderland Beacon, to help them grow their community even further.

Projects during my time at R/GA consisted of working on brand designs for Beacon and leading the visual design and data visualization of the annual Founderland report along with the Senior Experience Designer at R/GA.
